I made homemade hummus the other day and it was amazing – roughly a trillion times better than anything I’ve bought at the grocery store. I’d read a recipe a few days before and used that as inspiration, but mostly made it up as I went. I’ve had a few people ask me for the recipe. I rarely have recipes, it’s all in my head, but here are some great tips on how to make hummus.
Remember 2 oz is a serving. If you don’t have a food scale, that is about 1/4 cup. It makes a fantastic afternoon snack with cucumber and celery sticks.
